Yeah, I just read it again and it is a really poor phrasing. I’m good friends with many labmates. I was going to rewrite it, but I think is best to remove it entirely. Labs are actually a mixture between workplaces and playgrounds. Thanks for the note!

That phrasing sounds bad somehow. It sounds like making people feel lonely and putting down their confidence on purpose.

It’s very useful. I agree with the content of this article, in fact, when I have to do a lab experiment, I write all that I can during the experiment, and when the lab session ends, I take a time (if I can) for remember something that I could not write during the lab session and I write it. I also draw the steps of the experiment, it’s a good guide.
